Photography Lesson Coupon Unusable and Only Half Refund Offered

I bought a coupon for a photography lesson for my daughter, but there were no lessons available and Groupon say they will only refund 50% of the lesson.

They weren't at all apologetic either so I'll never use them again and I would never advise anyone to use them.
