Horse Riding Lessons Not Provided and Refund Emails Ignored

Don't use Groupon they are rip off merchants. I'm a pensioner & paid for horse riding lessons for my grandson. Horse riding school could not accommodate but said to contact Groupon & I would receive a full refund. No such luck, Groupon don't even have the decency to respond to emails. I have now put my payment in dispute and would warn potential users of Groupon to keep your money in your pocket.
