I dont know what everyone else is doing wrong... Your heels should not be bleeding. I bet your just sitting them SCOURING the skin off your feet. Thats not the correct way to use it. I think if people use the product the way its supposed to be and they will like it. Its helped my feet tremendously. I use it, then follow bye using a heel - healing moisturizer.
