On 4/2 I purchased a kindle Fire at your store in Federal Way, Washington. I tried to return the item 10 days later but I had lost the receipt. I provided my Debit Card from US Bank used to make the purchase but when the bar code on the package was scanned it came up non-valid. I offered to provide my bank statement showing the charge to my account (in lieu of a cancelled check) and the young man who handled the sale in your electronics dept, can verify my purchase your manager said that is not enough and she must have the missing receipt as proof purchase, just how much proof does she need, this is very frustrating, please advise.
