Two Deals Failed and Only a Credit Note Offered

I bought two deals on the same day and they both turned out to be terrible deals. The suppliers weren't in a position to satisfy the orders and I ended up listening to 'sob stories' from the suppliers involved - not the type of thing you expect when buying a product or service. Groupon's only response being to offer a credit note. If you don't receive what you bought you should be able to get a full refund rather than risk the same hassle trying to spend the credit. They also don't have the courtesy to read emails and respond appear to just send out automated emails that are out of context. Hands down this is the worst service I have received from any company. Avoid.
