Bad deals for everyone

I bought two deals on the same day and they both turned out to be terrible deals. The suppliers werent in a position to satisfy the orders and I ended up listening to 'sob stories' from the suppliers onvolved - not the type of thing you exect when buying a product or service. Groupon s only response being to offer a credit note. If you don't receive what you bought you should be able to get a full refund rather than risk th same hassle trying to spend the credit. They also dont have the courtesy to read emails and respond appear to just send out automated emails that are out of context. Hands down this is the worst service I have received from any company. Avoid.
