HORRIBLE - Hair cut

I recently decided to give them a chance due to it was convenient and that was by far the worst mistake I have ever made. I would will never try them again and wouldn't refer them to anyone. The lady said she had 20 yrs cutting hair and before she even showed me the finished cut in the mirror I knew it was messed up. VERY disappointed
