"Tammy" and "Substance" be seemingly in cahoots with one another providing clients the run-around as of this area. They cost your charge card after which one guarantees to go off document as the additional one subsequently calls you back and claims "we can not do that." After I spoke to Tammy to obtain the supervisor's title, she explained it had been "Jackie" which she was "out" and may return my phone later today and perhaps return my creditcard that we didn't approve them to cost. Then I obtain a call-back from "Substance" who claims "oh she will be out all week" and that I am a who are able to manage this (when five minutes earlier Tammy mentioned Jackie was alone who might manage it). Before I hung-up "Substance" stated "Oh, and you'll not be obtaining a reimbursement." This entire FRAUD of securing you right into a 12-month massage AGREEMENT? Must be illegal and that I won't quit till I reach corporate and also have this area examined. Scam!!!
