ProBikeTraining - ProbikeTraining CBT Motorcycle

I purchased a Groupon Coupon for CBT from ProbikeTraining. I was asked to fillup an online form for booking my slot and at the end got an automatic generic message sayign that some one was goign to comeback to me within 3 days. It has been more than 10 days and no body came back. I called the number directly and I was told by a lady called Sam that I shoudl call after 9 and no reason was given why. I called at 9 and was told that i can book a slot at 8 on friday when i said I cant do 8. I was told i should call back after 1400 again. When I asked why. She said "We need to sort our diary out" Clearly there is a real problem there and I will call again at 1400 to see what they have to say
