I tried retuning a movado ($1k) today. At Kay Jewelers in Broward Mall Foot. Lauderdale. I had been withing the one month return interval but still got refused a return. Really i purchased it Nov 30th, and so I have yet another day-to return it. Apparently it had been used and resized. Heck they agreed to resize it! Exactly what a fraud. They simply wish to maintain the commission no matter what. Im caution everybody to not purchase any watches there again! Im likely to contact Movado and tell them they're not providing results. Every produce includes a RMA procedure. Supervisor at Kay explained Movado won't take that return. Exactly what a rest!!! I actually got the view to Macys. That they couldn't observe any indicator of it being used. I actually purchased the foolish Supreme Warrenty Strategy, that will be ineffective. Ill post photos today.
