Overcharged on my credit card!

I placed my order when they had coupons for "everything 20% off". I put this coupon code on my order, saw the 20% discount on the confirmation e-mail I got right after. Several days later (I knew from my experience they take longer than other shops), I got shipment confirmation e-mail. It showed the retail prices. The 20% is gone! Wow, it is such a wild way of stealing money from customers. I am in the process of getting my money back. Such a waste of time and energy. It also means that I am in the need of dealing with the customer services - the very nortorious ones here on this site. Yet I need my money back.
