I created an order in 05.21.2011 and til today they didn´t shipping it. They inform me it´s at my neighborhood customized, but USPS monitoring (product # CJ228968470US) claims it's still in LA. Brazilian´s regulators and postoffice claims there´s no report of the bundle entry in my own nation. Today they actually aswer my emails. I settled insurance, monitoring and anything else. I'd like my oder or my cash back.
