Their site isn't arising after many efforts to record into my account

I gained a tanzanite reing at the conclusion of April & attempted to create cost many times. After contactin Vineet, I recommended I prefer paypal & he fixed the issue I had been having creating a cost this way. I taken care of the band & after contacting Vaneet many times to determine concerning the band being delivered, he created the very first justification he was outoftown & them was designed to ship 05/19. I've since requested many times to get a following # that has not been supplied & I've not acquired the band. Today their site isn't arising after many efforts to record into my bill.
