Associate lied to me

I requested my mother a partners band after my father died. She'd selected it out, but I insisted that people obtain the 10k gold such that it might last forever. On May 21st I named Limoges to determine about obtaining among the emeralds changed. I obviously informed the lady the band was many years old, used to donot care easily needed to spend to repair the band. The affiliate stated not a problem, all I had a need to do was spend the delivery. I asked her about this more often than once. I told Mother about this, she was so excited. I named on July 10th to confirm anything before I delivered the band. Exactly the same affiliate responded the telephone, however they might no further repair the band. I agreed to purchase it, they nevertheless wouldn't resolve the band. Therefore today we're caught having a 200.00 band by having an emerald lacking. I will purchase another 200.00 band or inform my mother they lied in my experience and fail her. Imagine if I'd set the band within the email about the 21st, I'd maintain worse form than I'm today. Do not actually order from the corporation! You'll regret it, i understand i sure do!
