Bad customer service, questionable diamond stone that was purchased

My husband improved our gemstone. Went there and selected a rock. The stone rock was stunning. Examined it significantly more than I really could imagine. Used to donot notice any cracked and obvious blemishes. Therefore, we bought it and quit it there and chose to choose it-up the next trip to 4pm. Following day at 4pm. It was not ready yet and my spouse was upset they did not actually began it nonetheless. They stated it will be prepared in 20mins. My partner offered me the band whenever we got home. I'm good that it had beennot the rock I selected. The cracked and blemishes was noticeable if u may examine it carefully!!! Returned and talked using the supervisor. No apologies were created and provided me an inferior stone that she stated in my budget range or I will consider another rock that has exactly the same blemishes!!! They did not display anymore diamonds e might select from. She stated, they do not have way too many to select from. Nevertheless when we were buying two nights before, the team continues to be showing us greater than a handful of diamonds!!! I had been fighting with all the supervisor. And stated that I'm good the stone was not exactly the same and that Iam not spending money on a stone used to donot selected within the first-place!!! She was really mean and unpleasant. Probably the most bad person I Have actually fulfilled!!! She stated I really could return before Holiday to check out another stone! The caliber of support was terrible!!! She stated she'd no company around anymore and have us to obtain from the shop! Avoid this shop... It is a total rip-off. Don't keep ur purchase there and have them to create it. Take it elsewhere! Don't invest 2k and trust them which you'll get what u selected!!!
