Voluminous Lash Defect

Hello, I am messaging in regards to your L'oreal Voluminous lash mascara. Now I had used the product before and experienced no problem with it, I enjoyed the formula and the large brush. So I repurchased it recently only to receive a mascara tube with no product stopper to control the amount that comes out on the brush. Therefore when I stick the brush in and out an absurd amount of product comes out and clumps the living daylight out of my lashes. I am very disappointing and annoyed and would appreciate it if you would more carefully package your merchandise so I do not waste my money. Thanks
