Double Charge on Card

I bought the product on Sept 15th. I made sure that I didn't double click or anything like that. I got only one confirmation for my purchase on my e-mail.

The next day when I checked the balance on my card I noticed that they charged me double the amount. I contacted my bank and they assumed it was a double click problem. I called nubrilliance's customer service and they said that they just put a hold on the amount to make sure it wasn't a fraudulent charge, and then they charged my card again the next day. They told me to tell my bank representative to call them to fix the problem.

I called my bank and they said that they don't do that. I called nubrilliance again and they said that they had released the hold on the account, that it is my bank who is holding the amount. But no, my bank says it is the company.

Anyways, the amount is still in limbo, and noone seems to want to help me. Awful customer service. I don't even know if I will get my money back or what!
