Order sent that i never ordered

I obtained a bundle today from marketers washing house that i never requested - omega 3 pain product. I never order from them on line. Have ordered previously through the us postoffice, and not had an issue. Now they're sending me this package nowadays, and that i am returning it; but unfortunately some opended it, and so i am unable to refuse it, and also have to cover the shipping; but i'd like it from here now.

Also earlier this week i obtained an email from them saying they'd just sent mean owl bug zapper. I never ordered any such thing. I've tried since tuesday to stop the order; but their problem division (customer support) website hasn't been responding to be able to make a. Having read others grievances i'm not amazed. Lastly i've thought-out that publishers clearing house is just a fraud. That we do intend to report for the authorities before other people gets issues they didn't purchase.
