Poor service

I'd order there 18quart rock collection and hotter in Oct. It got the organization per month to deliver me my purchase. I kept obtaining the run-around from Michelle and was calling back again to stop my purchase. I luckily got to talk to Betty and informed her what had occur. She was significantly more than type enough to place a speed shipping to my salon. I'd the hotter a maximum of 6-month also it died on me. I'd named the organization to try and contain it substitute and Michelle directed me to deliver it back to get a substitute. To create a lengthy history short I had been informed I'll obtain it a week ago and its own been more than 3 months today and that I haven't got my alternative. No body may get the telephone. No body has delivered my telephone call or emails. Simply sent another mail to Karen. I really hope she really wants to get this to right for me personally.
