Urban Active continues to bill me after I followed the cancellation policy they have on their webiste. I downloaded and completed the cancellation form, sent it by registered mail and they are still billing me. I have left messages for days to the manager of the club and no phone calls have been returned. I don't know what to to to stop this over billing!!!
