I called them months ago to have my account cancelled and they didnt do it and they kept sending me their product and chargeing my card

I called them months ago to cancell my account. And i was told it would be cancelled. I have still been recieveing their product. And they have still been chargeing me for it. I called them again and they told me that my account had not been cancelled when i called the first time. And that they can not give me a refvpkwund. I think that their company needs to be investigated and shut down. They are riping poeple off. And blaming the custumer for their mistakes. I do not recamend anyone useing this company for any product they are selling.
