Appalling

I have a friend of mine who works for your company and she's told me of the unfair and unjust treatment of her manager. I was saddened to hear that she's being underworked and then appalled to hear her manager say that she should work somewhere else if she doesn't like her job. How rude was that? That was an unprofessional move and something that shouldn't have been said. I used to be an avid shopper at your store, but why should I support a company who cannot treat its employees fairly?
