Rusted Out Wall Panel/Holes in Line

I bought a 15 X 32 oval pool in the winter of 2009. Set it up in summer of 2010. Great fun.
Opened it up June. Only 1 foot of water! Found rusted out holes in pool panel with ripped adjacent liner. Called to report damage. Took pics, documented everything, sent overnight mail.
Called. Was told Namco has up to 2 weeks to review a complaint.

One week and a half later called again. Was told a lot of claims due to a lot of winter damage.
Explained my pool was not even 2 years old! Again, was told there were a lot of complaints, first come first serve, all due to winter damage. My pool isn't even 2 years old! Thinking of bringing the kids to the nearest store and letting them swim in their pools!
