Scammed! Requested two sets of gem diamond stud earrings in March. Paid $295. After thirty days, and several calls to customer support, discovered products weren't available. At that time I required a return. It's July but still no reimbursement. Reach out towards the BBB and organization didn't react to criticism. Have now been guaranteed a reimbursement with a client repetition on three events. Nevertheless no reimbursement simply a lot of run-around.inadequate company and treatment of customers. I had been robbed.
