I ordered hundreds of dollars worth of product from a hair show. It had to be shipped to my home... When I never received it, I called them. They told me it was delivered but I never received it. When I went to verify my address, they said that I had called and changed the shipping address. I never called... I never changed my address and I have all of the paperwork showing my correct address. When they entered my info into their computer, they made a typo and blamed me for it. I went to the house where it was delivered and they told me they didn't keep it. I am out the money and the product!!!
