Bad Management - Work out gym

The gym needs good management. There are people working out on their hospital scrubs, jeans, sandals, bare foot, etc..
The personal trainer department has an USELESS manager by the name of Michael. Since he hired trainer Ralph, this guy has moved the entire weight rack as well as the training balls to the back of the gym to an empty area which he uses for his personal training.
I have complained to useless manager Michael & to this date he has done nothing.
The gym recently purchased new training balls & I found them under the trainers desk. This gym iS NOT La Fitness. It's Ralph's Fitness. His own private club!!!
