I do not approve of this companies business Ethics

I waited 6 weeks for my order getting responces such as "we are filling much older orders and you just have to wait your turn", before filing a PP dispute. I still wanted my items, and did demand them via the claim. A Claim that IOE did not even grace any comment in regards to their actions in the case or claim. I was refunded by paypal due to the lack of communication from this vendor. I love the products but unless they can pull their head out and get the TAT under controls and stop LYING to customers I will not be back.
