Still nothing has been received and no feedback

We requested jewelry resources out of this organization on 5 May to become published to us in South Africa. One of them was delivery of 70 Lbs.

Whenever we realized the products aren't receiving shipped, we called them to obtain the following signal. This demand was side walked by stating they'll follow-up from their part.

However nothing has been obtained with no feedback.

Following A few weeks we required they resend the products, we were informed this is completed, nevertheless still nothing.

We also had a buddy residing in Birmingham telephone them continuously and each time there is another excuse, i.E. They didn't have inventory etc.

Whenever we began seeking a reimbursement, they stated this is completed within the next 2 times, we held contacting and maintained receiving this excuse.

They said they'd to talk to the account-holder, I thus called from RSA. I offered every detail of the order but could not provide the precise pennies of the purchase, just the Lbs once we did this 8 weeks before and that I couldn't remember. I expected her to put on on that I really could examine however the woman pay the telephone and next I kept obtaining the fax machine.

If it doesn't smell bad then I actually donot understand

We settled the products through RBS worldpay, you had believe they'd cope with reliable businesses!
