No telephone response - lawn aeration treatment

Calls have not been returned since November 1st. I have been trying for one week to contact them and all I get is a voice mail telling me to text them my name, address, telephone number and the type of service I am requesting and they will text me back. The problem is, that i dont have texting capabilities on my phone. I had my daughter text them on 11/8 and left the information and still no one has returned my call. It smells of a scam!!! I want the service or my money back, if not I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Consumer Frauds.
