"Free" delivery is £9.99

Let me start by saying that we use Groupon a lot and have had good offers. This seems like a one-off error, but it should have been caught.

The offer is "Barbecue Meat Delivered To Your Door for £19.99 from Meatpacks (£40.97 Value)". When you click on the link, the meat is £19.99, but the small print says "£9.99 delivery cost, not included." So the offer costs 50% more than advertised. We would have taken it up otherwise.
