Site Blocked Checkout on Last Day of Paid Voucher Offer

I tried today, last day of the offer, to order this, having paid some weeks ago for the Groupon offer. After several attempts, the site will not let me proceed to checkout. I am also unable to contact Groupon. Is this a scam? Anyone else had the same problem?
