Car Detailing Voucher Unused After a Month of Unanswered Contact

I bought a Car Detailing and paid $65 on groupon a month ago. It was J&P Detailing in Columbia, SC. I have called, texted, emailed and written them for a month trying to get my car detailed. I bought it for a car we were selling but had to do it myself.

Now I want my personal car detailed and no matter how aggressive I a about contacting them, still no response. So I feel like they stole $65 from me.
