I ordered from this company over 4 months ago and have yet to receive my items. I have emailed twice and both responses stated that the company was running behind, they were working on getting all orders shipped, and basically my order would get here when it gets here.

I think 4 months is a HUGE turn around time for any company. Not once was I given an apology nor did the company offer me any sort of retribution for such a long wait. Plus the items I ordered were for Valentine's day, which has long since been over.

You know when a company pulls its facebook page it is bad news. I've been very unhappy with this whole transaction.
