Deceptive web page

The top of their web page clearly indicates "orders shipped in 24 hours". I place an order on 4-2-11 and allowing for the weekend I figured it should have been shipped on 4-5-11 at the latest. They advised that it was shipped on 4-6-11 which means it was shipped more than 48 hours and possibly 72 hours after they received it. The web page doesn't say 24 for hour from what so I guess they are always true to the statement as shown on the web page.

I previously had ordered from them and one of the items came about 2 months after I placed my order. I will no longer do business with this company as they are not prompt in filling orders.
