Appointment? Why Bother. - haircut / customer service

Salon is poorly managed. Tonight would have been my third visit. First visit with Jason — "Don't tell me how your hair should look. I'm the professional." Although irritated, I liked the haircut so I returned. Second visit, Jason was 30 minutes late so I could not have a complete service, but he charged me the full price anyway. Tonight, I arrived 30 min early and told Bonna that I was on a tight time schedule. She was running 30 min late, but didn't say anything. As a result, I walked out and now I am at home typing this email missing my ANNUAL banquet.
This is the worst series of experiences I have ever had at a "professional" salon.
