Failure To Contact Me

On Dec. 7, I ordered some Tea Rose perfume, which was to be shipped with in 4 to 7 business days!
Today is Dec. 22, so I contacted Fragrance Net. They said they could not verify my address [even though they've shipped to me before] without the Customer Service phone number from the back of my credit card.

I provided that, then asked why no one had contacted me? I was told that 3 emails had been sent and I had ignored them all!
My spam filter clears Fragrance Net and I have received NO communication from them! They tell me it will take 24 hours to verify the phone number then 5 to 7 shipping days before I get my order!
I have ordered from them in the past, but I am afraid this my LAST order to them! Providing, of course, that it ever arrives.
