Lost my stones

I got my bands set for washing every 6-month such as the warranty claims. I usually maintain my documents and also the last moment I had been in a Melesa stated used to donot require all of this paper-work so she visited toss anything away. I believed to her that are you also simply move and do this without having asking me first. Therefore today I actually donot have my 2 additional rocks that I had been likely to create a ring from. I did so say anything towards the store-manager and he explained nothing he is able to do about this. I'm still very rage and certainly will never purchase something there again actually.
