I've simply had probably the most annoying encounter with among Real Clean customer support reps!!! I've talked to 3 people about that item and also have yet to obtain any fulfillment.

I had been on the internet on September 15 after I noticed an advertisement for Acai Max Maxcleanse ($3.47 for 10-day trial) and Real Clean ($3.47 for 10-day trial) on a single site. The web site mentioned that I'd be charged as "Tucson Sands Prosperity Match". Used to donot obtain any items for over per month; I named and was informed to hold back several more times of course if I'dnot obtained something subsequently to call-back?!?! Therefore, at this time, I'm not necessarily pleased using the customer support of the organization. I'm confident that my purchase wasn't refined till after I named to express that I'dnot obtained something

I waited another week (today it's middle-Oct) & affirmed, I ultimately obtained the first container of Real Clean (never did get the Acai Max Maxcleanse and also the reps have explained they have no idea something about that item!). After I obtained the merchandise, I browse the listing of elements and unearthed that I can't consider this complement because of relationships with my prescription drugs. After I talked to Matthew (customer support consultant) concerning the costs on my charge card, he was as confused when I was. I had been charged on September 20 for $3.47 for that 10-day test; I had been charged on September 27 for $89.92 and that I was charged on October 27 for $44.96 (at that time I talked to Matthew, I didn't learn about this 3rd cost till Matthew explained about this; Matthew did not realize why the Next payment was just $44.96 and never $89.92)... The distress proceeds & the very first 2 deliveries were charged by Tucson Sands*WealthFit and also the next cargo was charged by Brooklyn Colon Cleansing and also the customer support consultant that I talked to today might not tell me why there is a distinction within the payment name.

Therefore, I'm properly inside the 50-day return policy EXCEPT the client support consultant stated that the 50 times began on September 15 after I requested the merchandise on the internet-website! Also, today after I requested to talk to a supervisor, I had been placed on store (following the customer support agent contended with me that I really could NOT talk to a supervisor). After many moments, the client support consultant returned about the point & stated "all my administrators have explained exactly the same info - you're after dark 50-day return policy day"... Does the client support consultant believe I'm silly? He did not ask anyone something! He simply quit me on-hold for what appeared to be the right period of time after which returned about the point to inform me what HE'D previously determined!

I'd prefer to return the 3 unopened containers of Real Clean to get a complete reimbursement of $138.35 nevertheless I've returned to Real Clean web site & visited about the "Contact Us" switch; once I joined my info that I needed to deliver, I obtained a note "Instant-Message couldn't be started!"... This can be a fraud ~ there's without doubt in my own brain!
