This dispute is with Become new Beauty Institute and salon. Lakeita Clark was a good student her grades and her attendance was good.in the beginning of October Lakeita's attitude changed. I spoke to about it and she explained that she was ready to get out of here. I told her that she only had three and half weeks to go so make the best of it, every day after that her attitude grew worse. On october 20th Lakeita came into my office asking me to sing her papers (meaning her State Board application.) I told her no because she has not completed all of her requirements which is her final theory and practical exams. She was told she could take these exams on October 22nd if she was prepared. For some reason she was not happy with my response and got very disrespectful. So I told that we are finished with this conversation and to return to the class room, she refused to go to class and continued to talk. I told her again to return to class and she continued to be disrespectful. I then told her to go home for the day and she continued to talk. I told her if she did not leave I was going to call the police she continued. Finally after I went to the telephone in an attemp to call the police she got up and went to the class room, About fifteen minutes later I went in the class room and ask her why was she still here? So ask her to leave again and she continued with a disrespectful tone so I ask her to leave again so I told her she can go home for the rest of the week and return on Wednesday to take her mock state board. She just sat there she ask about her hours I told her she would not recieve them for the time she would be out. She began to raise her voice. I told her if she did not leave I was going to call police She left, The next day she returned she stopped at the front desk and got her hours from the front desk operator. She then went to the class room. I was with a client. I went to the class room ask her why was she here and she said to be instructed. I told her she was suspended until Wednesday October 27th. I ask her to leave she would not leave. I asked her several times to leave she would not leave. She was very rude and direspectful. I warned her that if she did not leave I would call the police she still refused to leave. So I called the police I ask her to leave again. The police arrived I asked her again to leave before the police came in she still did not leave. Before I let the police come in I told her to leave before the police come in she was on the telephone she told me don't you see me on the phone very rude. I went to get the police when he came in he waved her out and she ask him if she could talk to him out side While gathering her things and she followed him out.

These are the school Rules and Regulations: 1. Students are to be courteous, Pleasant, and show respect to the client, instructor, office staff and the school at all times. Being discourteous and or disrespectful is grounds for suspension. 2. Students must cooperate with the instructors at all times. 3. Offensive language or a disrespectful attitude towards other student's, faculty, or staff members is not acceptable and warrents suspension or termination. 4. The school reserves the right to suspend and or terminate any student who gossips uses vulgar language or causes discord.

On October 27th Lakeita returned to school with her mother. Her mother asked me when can lakeita take the mock state board I told her monday or Wednesday and they chose Monday. She ask what happens after that I told her if she passes I will sign her state board application and she will be finished the cosmetology program.
