Color hair turn out different

They colored my hair and turned to green blond and I was upset and brought it up to their attention they re-tried but different green i gave up wanted my money and they refused and had their attorney write me a letter stating under the laws we will not be able to refund you back. I spend $120 for color that looks very bad on me. I threat them to take the small claims court and they refused to give the stylist name and number. They even contacted police to file trespassing charges if i come back to their store any more. I was shocked to see such a customer service in my life. They have no customer service they are rude unprofessional people who don't know if the person really had a hair color license when she did my color. They protecting their employess and defrauded me $120 dollars and i will take them to district attorneys office shortly. Any one is doing coloring and they are afraid to give names to get in to trouble with different agencies.
