Cost for companies already paid entirely

I'd a fractional company finished on 7/21/09. I had been burned from the support also it got more than 4 weeks to clear. I reported towards the physician on 2 events. Nonetheless, I taken care of 1 / 2 of the proceedure prior to the day and owed the 2nd half about the evening of the support. The plan would be to purchase the support before or about the evening.

3 months following the reality, I obtained a statement for another $550.00 for that horrible fractional which was done.

I've never obtained actually one-call regarding further cost, today I owe $550.00. This physician is committing fraud by getting to get a support which was settled entirely. Their own assistant established the physician never works fractional providers before support is compensated entirely... So just how may I owe more income???
