I work with a dentist in California who registered with TopDentists.com in April to make use of their internet marketing solutions.

Their support contract was 2 new individuals monthly and also the put up payment was $1,500 $450 montlhy cost.in December, with the Physician, we chose to stop their expensive support since TopDentists.com hadn't shipped just one guide, not to mention a brand new individual.

I've now been seeking cancelation of the agreement since mid December and also the very first time the VP stated they'd have to consult with the Physician for that therefore the Physician named and established the demand.

After I sent again wondering concerning the cancelation the VP published back stating the organization didn't accept stop but he'd consult with the boss and obtain back again to me. Did not occur.

I sent back requesting him to please send an update, in the end, it is merely a cancelation, please allow me to understand there's an excellent or even the requirement of A - 30 or 60-day notice but I would like to understand anything concerning my demand

Our last mail went unanswered for 4 times now I obtained another mail in the VP requesting me to request the Physician to contact him.

I'm amazed with how unprofessional TopDentists.com hasbeen and embarrassed using the degree of support I Have been getting from that organization.
