I been likely to banfield for around 5 years now. The support was great they handled my puppy properly and also the cost was sensible. This past year i included a pitbull towards the household therefore today I'd two pets likely to Banfield up until after i went for his annual check-up. I named to check on just how much the cost could be after I make it happen the support was horrible i waited nearly an 11/2 prior to the physician arrived within an upon the cost that I had been cited wasn't what I had been being cost. I'd to cut-up to be able to ask them to knock-down the cost and protest regarding the delay. Until recently I'd not a problem, but please think they'll not notice me r my pets i totally move their info to a different vet and informed the vetereian they'll not be receiving my solutions anymore.
