Goods paid for but still not received!

I introduced four distinct fragrances on line via a national organization named scent x on the 23rd nov they required £110 out-of my consideration but have still not sent my products I've approached them often and all i get is just a mail to express the products are on just how.

I've actually required a complete reimbursement plus they have delivered me back a mail stating when the products aren't shipped they will soon be delivered back towards the manufacturer after which they are able to return i taken care of these products almost four weeks before and im still waiting!
