After canceling product my credit card was charged

I'd purchase their item on march 3 and also have received it. But on march 16 I then found out that my work location was closeing down I had been overlooking my account and observed sophisticated had ready billed my bill. I'd tryed to stop this since I can not aford it today. Today I simply obtain a run-around about finding my reimbursement. Which will not of been billed to my bill before 17th.
