I called on March 5 and spoke with Christine at 6:24 P.M. And was given a cancellation number. To make absolutely sure I did not need to return the product to ensure cancellation, I called back on March 6 at 10:15 and spoke with Ray. Ray confirmed that my membership was cancelled and I would not be charged.
On March 9, charges totalling $151.14 hit my card. On March 10, I called back at 2:48 P.M., spoke with James and was informed that "they only process cancellations at this number."
I am trying to find out the name of the company, key executive names (CEO, Chairman of the Board, etc.) so that I can escalate this situation to anyone who will listen: BBB, the Today Show, local news stations, etc.
