Unauthorized charges

My name is Sandra Nelson and I did your trial on the advance cleanse and I had till the 8th of March to cancel my order, on March 8th I called and cancelled this order and you stated that there would not be any charges made on my credit card. On Thursday March 11 th you withdrew two charges of $149.95 from my account, my cancellation # is 1041521, now I want my money put back into my account ASAP and I am going to contact the better business bureau on just how you conduct your business and treat your customers. The last four digits of the credit card you charged on is 6677 and I want my money back NOW!!! And I would also like the name and number of the head honcho of this cooperation cause when I file my complaint I want someone's name that is in charge of how things are ran at your business.
