Really Bad Hair Day

Originally had an appt. With Kim at this salon and she did not have time to do what I wanted when I got there. She gave me to this guy named Josh Rodriguez. I was not real happy about this but she said he was good so I believed her. I brought in a photo of the colors I wanted in my hair. He assured me that he could get my hair like that. He sounded confident so I was ok. Appt. Was at 2pm and when I left at 6:30 (way too long for an appt) my hair was not only burned but it also looked like he had poured red kool-aid throughout my hair. It is the most hideous color I have ever seen. I waited for a few days and called the owner, Glenn, and asked him what he could do for me. He told me he could fix ANYTHING and told me he would call to sched. The next day. Never heard a word from him. I waited 4 days and called him again to sched. An appt. He was not there so I told his assistant who I was and gave my number for him to call me. AGAIN, never heard a word from him. That was last Sat. Feb. 20th. Very shoddy business owner. If I owned a business and my name was on the line, I would never treat people this way.
