Refund

I ordered this product online for a free (14) day trial. Product took over 15 days to reach my home. I called within the (14) day period notifying them that i still have not received the product. They assured me that i would receive an additional (10) days to try the product. Only 2 days later they charged me $149.95. I called customer service and was told they cant help me go online to request a refund. My online search has come up with hundreds of compliants about this company doing this to others.
