I ordered a trail bottle of Advanced Cleanse on line for $. 99 and it ended up costing me $149.95

I was on MSN and saw a link to lose weight with Acai Pure and they had a trial offer for $. 99. They said for best results you should also use Advanced Cleanse and Advance Cleanse had a trail offer for $. 99. The advertisement looked good and said it was advertised on ABC, MSNBC, and Today and CNN with articles from Discover Magazine and National Geographic. So I ordered both products. I work for a charter airline and have to travel for maintenance on our aircraft. I live in Ft. Lauderdale but when I ordered online i was in Macon, Ga. For 12 days. I returned home for two days and recieved the products and then I had to go to Jacksonville, Fl. For two weeks. While in JAX I had a call from my bank about a possible fraud charge to my account and after research and a phone call to a number that my bank gave me I found out that they had charged my account $149.95 for a subscription that I didn't know that I had joined. While on the phone with customer service I canceled the subscription and requested a refund and was told I had to go online to request a refund with the reason. I did this and was denied because they said I had fourteen days to cancel and it was over fourteen days. They said there are terms and conditions which is a link in very small letters at the bottom of the order form wich is not noticeable and nowhere on the main page says you agreeing to a subscription. Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company.
