Bad Customer Service / Warranty

Bought Rolex Submariner ($5,000). Possessed the view for 3 years and used it seldom (to maintain it good). Though it is just a diving view I never showered with-it on and sometimes even used it in a pool. The view is in excellent situation (actually has got the inexperienced stcker on back). Although vacumming my rug the bezel about the view dropped down!!! My spouse and child equally observed the bezel about the rug. I'd not knocked, struck or else shifted the view apart from vacumming! I delivered the view to Rolex and waited fourteen days. The ultimately named and stated they'd a "estimate prepared". They needed $704.69 to repair the view! Although only a little stunned I had been not that amazed. Some wealthy guy could possibly deliver them a check. I stated, the view is in ideal form, is under warranty, hasn't been abused and shoud be fixed underneath the conditions of the warranty. The client support Representative stated the view includes a defective base, has scores, and must have maintenance done even when it's seldom used (ya right!).

Bear in mind - if you should be like me you associate qualtiy with manufacturers like Rolex. Not the case, garbage items, rude customer support with no respect for faithful clients (my father, sibling, additional sister and step-mom all wear Rolex).
